What are commercial furniture repair capabilities?

What is the difference between a capability and a service?
Services are the work: repair, restoration, reupholstery and maintenance. A capability is what lets that work happen in a building that is still open. You do not buy one on its own.
Can commercial furniture be repaired without closing?
Usually. Most work is done in place and scheduled into the hours the space is empty. Only pieces needing a new frame, new foam or a full recover are collected.
Do I need a program to use these capabilities?
No. Every capability applies to a one-off job. A standing account just means the paperwork, access and scheduling are settled once instead of every time.
