commercial upholstery Miami Seating That Earns Its Keep
A restaurant booth is not a sofa with more traffic. Commercial work is scheduled around trading hours, not around convenience.
Who We Work For
Twelve sectors, one rule: the room has to open on time.

Booths and banquettes between services.

Lobby and room seating, floor by floor.

Stools that take abuse nightly.

Task chairs and reception seating.

Treatment seating cleaned many times a day.

Chemicals, not wear, do the damage.

Rows matched so none reads as new.

Vinyl, sweat and constant contact.

Salt air and sealed cabins.

Association rules before any work starts.

Fitting rooms and display seating.

One contact across many units.
Three Things To Know
The Small Business Administration’s business guide covers the contracting side of fitting work around trading hours.

Most venue work happens after closing or before opening.

A matched row is quoted and finished together.

Buildings want documents before anyone carries a kit in.
Hours Decide The Job
A venue measures a repair in closed hours, not in labour hours. Work that takes an afternoon in a house has to happen overnight in a dining room.
These pages are written around that constraint: access, documents, scheduling and matched batches, because those are what decide whether a job is possible at all.
From Photograph To Finish
The same four steps whichever page you came from.
Send photographs
One wide, one close. That is enough to price most jobs.
Written estimate
A price and a scope, in writing, before anything is booked.
The visit
We come to the room. Nothing leaves unless a frame has to.
Checked with you
Seen in the room light it lives in, before we pack up.
Before And After

Common Questions
Can you work overnight?
That is how most venue work is done, and the room is ready for the next service without anyone noticing a crew was in.
Do you quote per seat?
For rows and matched sets, yes. It is the only way a venue can budget a refit across several rooms.
Is the visit free?
Yes, with a written price before anything is booked.
What do you need from me?
Two photographs. One wide enough to show the piece, one close on the damage.
Do you work on site?
Almost always. The piece stays where it is and the kit comes to you.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Miami-Dade. Start at the county page.
How long does the work take?
Most single-piece work is one visit. We say which it is from the photographs, before you commit.
Is repair cheaper than replacing?
On a frame worth keeping, usually by a wide margin. On a stapled frame, often not, and we will say so.
Do you give a price over the phone?
A range, yes. The written figure follows the photographs or the visit.
