After hours furniture repair
We work when your room is closed.
Evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays: the hours your room is not earning. Commercial leather, vinyl and fabric seating across New York City is repaired where it stands, after the last customer leaves and before the first one arrives.
In short
A schedule, not a separate service.
After hours furniture repair sets when the work happens. What gets done is still repair, restoration or reupholstery, almost always on site.

The window
When is your room actually empty?
There is no single "after hours". Each venue has its own shape, so the schedule is built backwards from your week.
Room in useWorkable window
These are typical shapes, not yours. The real window is measured at the assessment, along with what usually shrinks it: cleaners who need the floor at the same time, and buildings that limit noisy work. See how a job runs on project process.
Off-hours or overnight
A schedule or a deadline?
Both mean working while you are shut, so the names get mixed up. The difference is whether you are buying a schedule or a handback time.

Off-hours: a schedule
The work fits into the gaps in your normal week and can run across as many visits as the job needs. Nothing has to be finished by a set morning.
- Evenings, early mornings, weekends, holidays
- One job, often several visits
- Room partly in service throughout
- Best for phased work and larger floors

Overnight: a deadline
One continuous run on an empty site, finished and set before you open. Book this when no trading time can be lost at all.
- One night, start to finish
- Site empty, not just closed
- Limited by what can cure before opening

Access
Three things the building needs before we work at night.
All three are arranged when the job is scheduled, never on the evening itself.
- 01
Insurance on file
Most managed buildings will not let a vendor in after hours without a certificate already lodged. See COI and insurance.
- 02
A named contact
Someone to let the crew in and take a decision if needed, confirmed for every visit, because staff rotate.
- 03
A booked route
The freight elevator, service entrance or dock, reserved and staffed. If a piece has to leave, that is pickup and delivery.

What businesses ask before booking an evening.
Do you offer after hours furniture repair in New York City?
Yes. It is how most of our commercial work is scheduled: evenings after close, early mornings, weekends and holidays. Seating is repaired where it stands, in the hours your room is not trading.
Can you work at the weekend instead of a weekday evening?
Yes, and for offices it is usually better: one long stretch instead of a few hours, with more time for anything that needs to cure. Restaurants and bars earn at the weekend, so a Monday or Tuesday morning usually costs them least.
Does after hours furniture repair cost more?
Working outside business hours is standard for commercial jobs, not a premium. What changes a price is the scope, the material and how many visits the access forces. Six short evenings cost more to run than two long ones. It is all set in writing at the assessment. Request a quote.
Our lobby never closes. Can you still work on it?
Yes, in phases. We work one section at a time in the quietest hours, leave the rest in service, and reset the room before the next rush. Buildings that need this regularly usually put it on a maintenance program.
What access does the building need to give you?
A certificate of insurance on file naming the right entity, a named after-hours contact, and a booked freight elevator or service entrance if anything is carried in or out. Alarm codes and loading rules are confirmed before the visit.

Book the window
Tell us when your room is empty. We work back from that.
