Questions
Frequently asked questions.
How soon can a commercial furniture assessment be scheduled?
We come back on your request within one business day and offer the first dates that work for your building. Where access is restricted to set hours, we book around them rather than against them.
How long does the site visit take?
It depends on how many pieces there are and how far apart they sit. We confirm the expected window when the date is agreed, so your team can plan the space around it.
Is there a fee for the assessment?
No. The visit, the condition photographs and the written plan are free. You see the cost of the work itself in that plan, and nothing is scheduled without your approval.
Can we schedule multiple locations?
Yes. Portfolios are assessed to one standard so the results can be read side by side. Property and facility support covers how that runs across a group of buildings.
What photographs should we upload?
Whatever you already have. A wide shot of the room and a close view of any damage tells us more than a perfect set, and an existing inventory list works just as well.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send the wording your building requires with the request and the certificate is issued before the visit.
What happens after the assessment?
You get the inventory, the condition photographs and a phased plan. From there the work can run as a bulk project, on a maintenance schedule, or as emergency repairs when something cannot wait.
