We bring the workshop to you.

The verdict
What can be fixed where it stands.
This is how a technician scopes on-site leather furniture repair, in the room, before any work starts. Each damage type links to the full service page.

The cases
The workshop arrives in four cases.
Carried in by hand through a service door, with no dock booking. Small enough to walk into a working building.
01The colour bench
Pigments, binders and a daylight lamp, so colour is mixed beside the panel it must match. That is custom colour matching.
02Matched stock
Hide, vinyl and backing pulled to the piece before the visit is booked, through material matching.
03Fills and grain plates
A tear is carried by material behind it, not filler on top, then the grain is pressed back in.
04Hand-stitching set
Awls, curved needles and matched thread to restitch a fixed banquette on its frame.
What does not come in: open flame, stripping chemicals, or anything that needs your power cut or ventilation shut down. If a repair needs more spraying than a small touch-up gun, the piece has to leave, and you are told in writing at the assessment.
The footprint
We take one section, not the room.
The usual worry is that on-site leather furniture repair will take the room over. It does not. A visit uses the piece and the standing room behind it, marked out before anything is opened.

- 1
The piece under repair
One bay or one chair, finished and handed back before the next is started.
- 2
The working space
The technician's standing room and cases. Marked out, and it does not creep.
- 3
Protected floor
Board and sheeting over your finish. Down first, up last.
- 4
The rest of the room
Still set and still trading. Nothing is stacked in it.
A run of a dozen bays becomes a dozen short pieces of work instead of one shutdown. Spread across your week it is off-hours service; run through the night to a fixed handback it is overnight service.
What we need from you
Four things, and only one is yours to solve.
We carry a fallback for the other three, because buildings rarely have all of it. Most managed buildings also want a certificate on file, which we arrange through COI and insurance.
01Power
One standard outlet near the piece. Nothing draws heavily.
If you have noneWe run on battery tools.
02Air
A door, window or vent that is running. Ordinary air movement.
If you have noneA low-odour system made for occupied buildings.
03A way in
A service door and lift one person with two cases can use.
If you have noneNo dock, tail lift or pallet is ever needed.
04A clear section
The bay being worked on, emptied and the floor in front free.
This one is yoursIt takes about as long as laying the section up.

Back in service
Handed back in four states, not one.
On-site leather furniture repair ends in one of four states, and the technician tells you which before leaving the building.
01Work complete
Finished, and nothing of ours left in the room.
Not seatable yet
02Surface set
No longer marks on contact. Cushions back, tables laid.
Section can be dressed
03Back in service
Guests can sit. Visits are planned back from your opening.
Seatable
04Fully cured
The finish hardens over days while the piece is in use.
Nothing needed from you
We do not publish hours. The repair, the material and the room decide how long each state takes, and you get the figure in writing at the assessment.
Where it stops
Four jobs your building cannot finish alone.
Named here with the route out of each, so none of it is discovered on the night. Everything else is on-site leather furniture repair.
01A full recover
The frame stays in your room; only the sewing needs a shop.
02Foam cut to a new pattern
Cutting new cores means dust and a bench. Swapping a core stays on site.
03A broken or racked frame
Dismantled, squared and clamped. A single loose joint is fixed in place.
04Peeling bonded or faux leather
Nothing repairs a surface leaving its backing. It is a recover, and we say so.

Questions
On-site repair, answered.
What is on-site leather furniture repair?
Repair carried out in your building, on the furniture where it stands, instead of taking it to a workshop. The technician brings everything in cases, works inside one protected section, and leaves with nothing but the tools. It covers most of what goes wrong on commercial seating.
Do you do on-site leather furniture repair in NYC and New Jersey?
Yes, across all five boroughs, Long Island and northern New Jersey: booths, banquettes, bar stools, dining chairs, office seating and sofas in restaurants, hotels, offices, clubs and managed buildings.
Will the room have to close?
No. We take one section at a time and the rest stays set. On a banquette run we finish one bay, hand it back and move on. Most visits happen in closed hours anyway.
Is on-site repair cheaper than sending furniture out?
Usually. Working in place removes collection, return, storage and loan furniture. Price is set by the damage, material and number of pieces, in writing at the assessment. For a whole portfolio, see maintenance or service contracts.
What if something cannot wait?
Call us. Urgent damage in a working room goes through emergency repairs.

Start in the room
Show us the room. The verdict takes one visit.
Tell us what the furniture is, when the room is empty and what the building asks of a vendor. On-site leather furniture repair across NYC, Long Island and New Jersey starts from what a technician sees in the room, not a photo. Or send photos for a quote.
