Furniture repair Flatiron: leather chairs on a design showroom floor

Furniture repair Flatiron Damaged Before Anyone Sat Down

In the design district, much of what we fix is days old: marked on the showroom floor, in the freight elevator or at the door. The repair has to vanish before the reveal.

Floor, Dock Or Doorway

Every furniture repair Flatiron call starts with where it happened, because that tells us the kind of mark.

Common Questions

Can you work before the showroom opens?
Yes. Tell us the opening hour and we plan around it.
Will the repair show on a new piece?
New leather matches well, especially with the finish code from the maker.
Can you meet an install date?
Tell us the date when you book. We say honestly if it is tight.
Is the visit free?
Yes, with a written quote and photos.
Do you invoice the business?
Yes. Commercial accounts are welcome.
Can a cut in new leather be closed?
Small cuts, yes. Long ones may need a new panel. See materials.
Should the store or the buyer book the repair?
Either. If the damage happened in delivery, the store or carrier may cover it. We give a written quote with photos for that claim.
Can you match a leather I cannot name?
Yes. We mix to the piece itself, in its own light. Reupholstery if not. The finish code only makes it faster.
Do you repair floor samples before a sale?
Yes. Worn arms and seat fronts are cleaned, recolored and sealed before the sale. Chairs too.
